For everyone's safety, we are temporarily unable to accept returns on purchases made after 3/23/2020 due to COVID-19. Thank you for your understanding.
Product Return Policy:
Our products are of very high quality, and we strive to offer you great value and service. You may return any unopened item purchased from us for any reason within 45 days of your purchase date, and you will receive a refund on the purchase price of the product(s). Any shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All items must be returned unopened in order to receive a refund for those products. Returns are mailed to Eniva Nutraceutics, 2700 Campus Drive, Minneapolis MN 55441. Any inquiries about Returns can be sent to info@eniva.com. NOTE: Participants in any third-party cash-back programs who purchase Eniva products will receive product credit on any returns.
The Eniva Return/Replacement Policy is in compliance with the FDA Dietary Supplement Regulations and the government’s Anti-Terrorism Act. According to the regulations, all items returned must be pre-authorized prior to being received back to Eniva. All product(s) to be returned must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to receipt.
Return / Replacement Procedure:
1. Contact the Eniva Customer Service department at 866-999-9191 to discuss your request immediately upon receipt (or within 2 business days of receipt) of product. You are required to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number if you wish to return the product back to the Eniva facility. NOTE: For safety reasons No refunds or replacements can be processed without an RMA number.
2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the returned package.
3. Please remove all previous mailing/shipping stickers from the package.
4. Ship the product to the following address: Eniva Nutraceutics, Attn: Returns Department, 2700 Campus Dr., Plymouth, MN 55441.
5. We suggest you use ONLY "Delivery Confirmation" or "Signature Required" as a shipping method.
6. Member is responsbile for the shipping charges incurred unless advised otherwise by Eniva's Customer Service department.
7. Refunds do not include shipping or handling charges.
8. Due to increased operational costs incurred to process returns, all returns are subject to a 15% reprocessing fee. Below is the refund schedule:
a) Within 15 days from the date of order = 100% of the product's price (less the reprocessing fee)
b) Within 16-30 days from the date of order = 75% of the product's price (less the reprocessing fee)
c) Within 31-45 days from the date of order = 50% of the products price (less the reprocessing fee)
d) No refunds after 45 days from the date of order
9. When a credit/replacment request is received Eniva reserves the right to evaluate and investigate the request before issuing a credit or replacement.
10. If Member urgently needs a replacement, Member may place a new order to have the product immediately shipped.
• If after the investigation process the results indicate it was an error on Eniva's part, an immediate credit/replacement will be granted.
• If after the investigation process the results indicate it was NOT an error on Eniva's part, the Customer Service agent will communicate the charge that will be incurred for returning the product and the shipping charge of a replacement product.
11. All refunds will be processed using the same pay method originally used for the purchase.

Sales and Distribution
Customers are not allowed to purchase and then resell any product on eBay, Amazon, any of their affiliate's websites or any other auction website or online marketplace, unless pre-approved by Eniva. Prices do not include and are net of any foreign or domestic governmental taxes or charges of any kind that may be applicable to the sale, licensing, marketing or distribution of the products. Eniva will not be responsible for any delays or lack of delivery due to customs clearance issues. Eniva may, at its discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, or per household or per order.
Billing, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Any questions about Billing can be sent via email to customercare@Eniva.com, or can be mailed to Eniva, 2700 Campus Drive, Minneapolis MN 55441. Your major credit card or debit card will be charged at the time an order has been submitted. Eniva accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. We suggest persons order carefully.
Safety Guidelines
Before using any product or ingredient you are unfamiliar with, find out its medicinal properties. Research it thoroughly and/or consult with your physician. Please be aware a small amount working well does NOT mean that more is better. Information presented on the website are only guidelines. It does not include an exhaustive or comprehensive list of possible interactions and contraindications with prescription medicine. Always discuss this possibility with your physician.
Use of Supplements and Surgery
It is important to fully inform your physician about the supplements being taken, especially before elective surgery. You may be asked to stop taking these products at least 2-3 weeks ahead of the procedure to avoid a supplement/drug possibly adversely affecting the outcome of the surgery.
